GOLF CART REGULATIONS

Operation of Golf Carts. 

• Golf carts may be operated on all streets within the 糖心vlog官网.  Operators must follow the restrictions imposed by 糖心vlog官网 and the Code of Iowa, and follow all state and local traffic laws.
• Golf carts may be operated on city streets by persons at least 16 years of age possessing a valid driver’s license, proof of financial responsibility, and 糖心vlog官网 registration. 
• Golf carts may operate on the streets only from sunrise to sunset. 
• Golf carts may not be operated or parked upon sidewalks, trails, or Parks except for park areas designated for parking.  Exceptions for use in 糖心vlog官网 Parks may be granted by the Police Department.
• Golf carts may be parked in 糖心vlog官网 parking lots or on any streets where vehicle parking is permitted. 

• Golf carts must be equipped with a slow moving vehicle sign, a bicycle safety flag, and equipped with adequate brakes and a single center rearview mirror or a side mirror.
